The Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the Swiss Association of Hong Kong are pleased to launch our first "Swiss Chocolate Mooncake Making Workshop" in partnership with Conspiracy Chocolate.
The event will take place on Friday, 13 September at 17:30 at A&B, 8/F, Block 2, Kingley Industrial Building, 33-35 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang
To celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, the Swiss Chamber and the Swiss Association would like to inspire you to create your own chocolate mooncakes together with the chocolate experts from Conspiracy Chocolate.
Mooncakes are round pastries, which symbolize unity and completeness in Chinese culture. They are traditionally filled with lotus seed paste and salted egg yolks, although modern variations include an array of fillings such as red bean paste, nuts, and even ice cream.
Together with Conspiracy Chocolate, we would like to revive this more than 2000-year-old tradition and combine it with Swiss chocolate art. Your homemade mooncakes made from the finest chocolate to give to friends and family, or just for yourself. Who can resist?

About Conspiracy Chocolate
Conspiracy make chocolate from bean to bar in Hong Kong, mixing a 5,000 year old tradition with modern science. The luxury brand was founded in 2018 by two chocolate lovers and makes both timeless European classics and innovative creations based on Asian cuisines.
Avoiding the commodity cacao market, Conspiracy work closely with one farm in Vietnam run by a master farmer-fermenter. This cooperation ensures both the quality of the chocolate and the farm's ability to pay healthy wages to their team and run a healthy business independent of long and opaque supply chains.
