Dr. Michael Kwan

Honorary Lecturer, Department of Computer Science of HKU and HKU SPACE.

Dr. Kwan has been engaging in technical crime investigation and digital forensics since 1999. He was the head of Customs Computer Forensics Laboratory and the head for criminal investigations for intellectual property crimes. Since 2000, he is the lecturer of the Computer Science Department of HKU and HKU SPACE.


Jonathan Rotbart

Director, J. Rotbart & Co.

Jonathan completed degrees in economics (BA), business administration (MBA) and International Accounting and Taxation (IFRS), at Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Jonathan was hired as a Senior Analyst at the Valuations and Business Modelling team at Ernst & Young Israel and then as a General Manager with Malca-Amit Far East, the world's leading secure logistics company before joining J. Rotbart & Co. as CFO.

Jonathan remains involved in various entrepreneurial and commodities projects across Asia.
