We are pleased to announce that our 2022 Annual General Meeting & Cocktail will be held on 8th September 2022 (Thursday).

The event will take place at Grand Hyatt, 1 Harbour Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong from 6 pm onwards. Registration opens now!

Join us on 8th September for an update on the Chamber's past and ongoing work and a presentation of our audited financial statements.

Following the AGM, all attendees will be invited to enjoy a cocktail with beverages and canapés.

This event is open and free of charge for SwissChamHK Members only. It represents a great opportunity for you to come and engage directly in person with the board of directors, providing feedback on our activity and highlighting topics you would like the Chamber to focus on.

As our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our community, health precautions and social distancing measures will be observed. Physical attendees will be required to have at least Three(3) doses of vaccination and scan the venue QR code on the LeaveHomeSafe App. Starting from 28 August, a photo proof of a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) result obtained within 24 hours prior to the event must be shown before entering the dining venue. Kindly present a photo proof of the negative RAT test with your full name, date & time of the test (written on the test kit) at the function room door on the event day.
