The Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is pleased to launch its first "Chocolate Masterclass: Easter Egg Painting Workshop" in partnership with Conspiracy Chocolate.


The participants will be introduced to the chocolate eggs making process along a cup of cacao tea before jumping into painting their own Easter eggs, filling the shells with the chocolate and selecting some toppings to put in the inside part before closing the two sides and wrapping them. Each person will be making 4 easter eggs to take home. You will be introduced to the chocolate making process to give participants context on what we are doing and the tempering process, key in this workshop. While the eggs dry, we will prepare the packaging and get to taste some chocolate, also follow by a short chocolate factory tour to see where the chocolates are made.


The event will take place on Friday, 24th March at 5:00 PM at A&B, 8/F, Block 2, Kingley Industrial Building, 33-35 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang
