The Swiss Chamber Hong Kong is pleased to invite you to the "IMD Alumni Club Hybrid Seminar On Asia Family Business" in partnership with the IMD Alumni Club of Hong Kong​ and IMD Alumni Club of Singapore​, featuring Peter Vogel, Professor of Family Business and Entrepreneurship at IMD, Director of the IMD Global Family Business Center, and Holder of the Debiopharm Chair of Family Philanthropy who will be dialing from Singapore.

Well-known Pan Asian family businesses include companies such as Samsung Electronics, Reliance Industries, Sinar Mas Group, Chow Tai Fook, LG and Charoen Pokphand Group Company, but aside the larger names many more family enterprises exist. Did you know that 85% of the companies in the Asia Pacific region are owned by a family group?

• Growing family businesses and wealth over the long-term is a challenging assignment and deserves strategic attention and deliberate planning by the owners. Evidently, family businesses are vital to Asia's future and hence we are excited to address the following questions:What is the State of Family Businesses and Offices in Pan Asia?
• How Can a Family Business Best Develop and Succeed with a Family Office?
• How do Family Businesses/Offices go about Purpose, ESG And Investment Philosophy?
