The Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is excited to announce our partnership with Sotheby's, offering exclusive access to the preview of Sotheby's Hong Kong 2023 Autumn Sales.
In celebration of Sotheby's 50th anniversary in Asia, Sotheby's Hong Kong will be hosting an extraordinary series of auctions and events from 2 to 9 October, including a special night of evening auctions livestreamed on 5 October. One of the highlights will be 'The Infinite Blue,' a single-lot sale featuring an enchanting 11.28-carat Fancy Vivid Blue diamond ring. Leading modern art is the exceptional masterpiece Sous un grand arbre d'été – 05.07.54 by Zao Wou-Ki from his Oracle Bone series. Closing out the night will be a spectacular selection of contemporary works by artists such as Gerhard Richter, Willem de Kooning, Julia Mehretu, among others, spanning the great art movements of the 20th and 21st century.
Headlining the evening is 'A Long Journey,' featuring a selection of Modern and Contemporary art from the distinguished Liu Yiqian and Wang Wei Collection, the finest private collection of Chinese art, and modern and contemporary art.
