Kenneth is a highly accomplished AI expert with a strong background in driving innovation and transforming businesses. Throughout his career, Kenneth has successfully designed and deployed impactful AI models across multiple industries.

As a co-founder of Rocky.ai, an AI-powered professional coaching app, Kenneth brings his expertise to create a platform that combines technology and personal development. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Artisse.ai, a GenAI startup focused on enhancing content creation for social marketing. During his tenure, he played a key role in raising $6.7 million USD in seed funding for the company.

Kenneth's experience also includes leading a fashion tech design studio and providing advisory services for the development of AI solutions in industries such as trade financing and insurance. Additionally, he has a background in the robotics industry and has worked with management consultancy firm BCG.

Kenneth holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.

Andrew Ma, PhD, EMBA, MSc, has been in leadership positions in the global high-tech industries for over three decades – participating in the driving force of the revolution of Web1.0 in the mid 90s to the Web3.0 era now. In 2007 and 2018, he founded award-winning consulting firm Chorev Consulting International and Edtech start-up Steam Building respectively. Under his leadership, Chorev and Steambuilding are developing AI-ready leaders & organizations in leading Asian companies such as China Construction Bank (Asia) , The Bank of East Asia, New World Development, Hang Lung Properties OCBC (HK) and ST Logistics in the past few years.

Julian is the Co-Founder and CEO of leading WealthTech firm Privé Technologies. He was the key design and implementation engineer for a patented algorithm program that leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the Privé platform. Before founding Privé, Julian worked as a Vice President and Head of the Index Structuring Team at J.P. Morgan Asia, where he led product development for quantitative indices and gained extensive experience in alternative investment products. He holds a degree in Business Computer Science from the University of Regensburg and also served as a Type 1 Responsible Officer at Privé.

Charles-Henry Dubey is a Board Director and the Vice President at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. In his role, he currently supports the Chamber with events organization and day-to-day operations as part of the executive committee.

Outside of the Chamber, Charles-Henry is currently a member of the Asia Pacific FP&A team at BlackRock, leading Sales Planning and Forecasting supporting the sales leads across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining BlackRock, Charles-Henry led the APAC Finance Analytics team for Richemont based in Hong Kong for 4 years. In that role, he created a regional Centre of Excellence for Data Analytics and Finance Transformation. Before relocating to Hong Kong, Charles-Henry first started his career as an International Financial Controller at TAG Heuer, based in Switzerland. Charles-Henry earned in 2017 a MA in Accounting and Finance at HSG, the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a BSc in Management at the HEC faculty at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland in 2013.

Based in Hong Kong, Benno Jaeggi is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and FinTech practices with a particular focus on Investment Banking and Markets.

He leverages his deep experience in Corporate Banking, Sales & Trading, Capital Markets and FinTech as a respected advisor to clients in Hong Kong and across Asia. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Benno was an executive with the ANXONE cryptocurrency exchange, one of the largest digital asset businesses in Asia.

Prior to that he spent more than a decade in Wholesale Banking and on the Markets trading floors at ABN AMRO, RBS and ANZ Bank, most recently as the Global COO for Distribution and Origination board member of Balance Health Limited, a holistic health and corporate wellness business advising individuals and corporate clients across Asia.

Benno began his career as a venture capital analyst. Benno earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and IT management from the University St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MBA in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
