With 2 decades of social service and NGO management experience in poverty relife, enviromental advocacy, mental health education and animal welfare, Caribbean joined the Changing Young Lives Foundation (CYLF) in 2016 to spearhead their children and youth services in Hong Kong and mainland China. Prior to this, Caribbean was the Founding CEO of Food Angel - a food assistance charity serving 8,000 needy people daily in Hong Kong.
