Born in Hong Kong, Carla grew up in Switzerland and is also a graduate from a hospitality school. With a background in Marketing and F&B and a passion for sustainability from a young age, Carla co-founded CHOMP in August 2021 in the hopes to reduce how much food gets thrown into Hong Kong’s landfills.

CHOMP is Hong Kong’s new food saving app which aims to change the way people feel about food consumption. Our platform connects F&B businesses (like restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more) to customers who can purchase a Mystery Box of unsold food items directly from them.

Swiss-born Didier Saugy is the FCC’s General Manager for the past four and half years, with over 40 years’ experience in food and beverage, from hotels, catering company and restaurants, 15 of them in China and Hong Kong.
I have taken an approach to sustainability and green initiatives for the Club, finding ways to bring FCC to a more acceptable level, lots of work need to be done, it is a challenge for an historical building grade 1. Following and learning from the industry leaders and other Clubs success stories.

Katia Stampfli-Ferraz, Deputy Consul General of Switzerland in Hong Kong has over 15 years’ of professional experience spanning from consultancy to finance and public administration. Since 2015 she has been with the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs. After one year of training between Bern, Niamey and Tbilisi, she has been posted from 2016 to 2019 in Dhaka, Bangladesh and since November 2019 in Hong Kong. She holds a master degree in Sociology and International Law from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and a MBA degree from HKUST, Hong Kong. She is fluent in five languages (Italian, German, French, English and Portuguese). She is married and has one child.

Ms. Veronica Sze is the Director of Corporate Affairs for Nestlé Hong Kong, overseeing the company's public affairs, corporate communications, media relations and Creating Shared Values strategies for all business units. She is also the Sustainability Lead for the company, who convenes the company's cross-function steering committee driving strategic sustainability actions across the value chain, covering sourcing, packaging, manufacturing, logistics, product portfolio, etc. She joins the group in 2010. Prior to this, she has worked at a global communications consultancy, pharmaceutical industry association, media outlet and university, which granted her extensive experiences in driving policy change, stakeholders’ outreach, corporate social responsibilities, as well as built close relationships with professionals of various disciplines. Ms. Sze received a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Philosophy and two LLB degrees. She also received a certificate from the University of Cambridge Business Sustainability Management online course. She is currently the Vice-Chairlady of the Hong Kong Suppliers Association and Committee Members of Hong Kong Health Food Association.
