Bryan Henning is a wealth management specialist with over 30 years of experience. He represents Eton Solutions as Senior Vice President, Head of International. Bryan is based in Singapore, where he leads Sales & Marketing efforts for all International countries outside of North and South America.

He leads client interactions, sales, implementation, marketing and services throughout Asia, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Africa, and supports all company operations in Singapore.

Throughout his multi-decade career, Bryan has worked in banking and wealth management, leading divisions for Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Wealth, and HSBC, where he developed and managed all aspects of wealth management offerings to retail, mass affluent, HNW, and UHNW clients.

While Bryan has successfully built and run wealth management and investment product and services businesses in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, the majority of his experience is based in Asia. He is a Permanent Resident of Singapore, where he currently resides, and he has Canadian and Australian roots.

Bryan graduated from University of British Columbia, Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce. He obtained a Chartered Accountants designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and has recently joined the faculty of the Wealth Management Institute, supporting the provision of Product and Advisory Services courses. Bryan previously supported Eton Solutions’ international expansion strategy as an advisor.

Mr. Charles Ng is the Executive Director of the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises
(OASES) under Financial Secretary’s Office. He is responsible for attracting representative
high potential strategic enterprises from around the globe to set up or expand their
businesses in Hong Kong and targets four priority sectors namely: (i) life and health
technology, (ii) artificial intelligence and data science, (iii) financial technology and (iv)
advanced manufacturing and new energy technology.
The OASES team in Hong Kong and in 17 cities overseas and in the Mainland reach out to
enterprises which could bring a major economic impact to Hong Kong, carry out
negotiations with them to formulate attractive, bespoke measures and provide tailor-made
plans. The Team provides a concierge service to facilitate the set up or expansion of their
strategic operation(s) in Hong Kong.
In addition to his role leading the dedicated team in OASES, Mr. Ng also drives the Family
Office agenda under FamilyOfficeHK with the objective of making Hong Kong into a global
leading hub and a preferred destination for Family Offices from around the world. He also
oversees the Financial Services, Fintech and Business & Professional Services Teams
under Invest Hong Kong.
Prior to joining OASES, Mr. Ng headed the Sector Specialists Group of Invest Hong Kong,
helping overseas and mainland companies to establish or expand their business presence
in Hong Kong under three Clusters: (i) Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, (ii)
Fintech, Financial & Professional Services and (iii) Lifestyle & Creative Industries. Mr. Ng
also oversaw Carbon Neutrality which cuts across all sectors.
Mr. Ng has worked for companies in the manufacturing, trading and financial services and
banking sectors in Mauritius, Canada and Hong Kong. He speaks six languages and
dialects and holds an MBA degree awarded jointly by the Business School of the Hong
Kong University of Science and Technology and the Kellogg School of Management of
Northwestern University.

Harmen Overdijk is Chief Investment Officer at Leo Wealth. Based in Hong Kong, Harmen is responsible for oversight of the firm’s investment capabilities and sets the overall strategic vision for client portfolios.
Prior to Leo Wealth, Harmen was a founding partner of The Capital Company, a Hong Kong based firm focused on fee-based asset management. Harmen is an experienced portfolio manager with over 20 years in the investment management industry. Prior to The Capital Company he held senior management and CIO roles for several successful asset management practices at EFG Asset Management, Fortis Bank and MeesPierson.

Prior to joining the Private Bank, Bernie was Head of Sales at Citi Retail Cross Asset Solutions where he successfully drove the coverage strategy for the group’s Private Bank, intermediaries, and broad retail channels across Asia, including Japan and India. Bernie was also previously Head of Pan-Asian Equity derivatives and Convertible Bond Sales. Prior to Citi, Bernie was an equity derivatives salesperson covering US hedge funds at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong.
Bernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charterholder and speaks Cantonese, Putonghua and English. Bernie is married to two daughters and lives in Hong Kong.

Kelvin is the Chief Operating Officer at Bernina Group Limited, a Swiss single-family office based in Hong Kong. He manages daily business operations and analyzes deals and investments for the family office. Kelvin graduated from the Business School at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He started his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong as an associate in the Global Financial Service team. He spent five years with the firm before joining Telligent Capital Management, an alternative investment company founded in 2003. Telligent is managed by professionals with decades of Asian market investment experience. Kelvin worked at Telligent for ten years before joining Bernina Group. Kelvin holds the CAIA Designation and is also a Certified Public Accountant. He is a proud father of two sons.
