Judy is the owner and CEO of the Balance Health Group. Growing up in Shanghai and based in Hong Kong for the last 20 years, Judy is a gifted humanistic practitioner in her own right, advising soulful executives and entrepreneurs as a life and executive coach and spiritual mentor, supporting leading corporates in the financial services and other industries, and enabling her clients to achieve shifts and transforming their lives and careers towards a future of potential and opportunity. With extensive expertise in leadership advisory, mindfulness, transformational coaching, Buddhist psychology and shamanism, Judy’s impactful work is deeply anchored in her search of wisdom and a commitment to dedicate her life to serving others.
In the work of executive coaching and leadership training, Judy’s vision is to support her clients to find the courage and inner wisdom, to uncover what might hold them back, in order to unleash the authentic self, and eventually experience the joy and power of living the full leadership potential. Judy has been running a Mental Fitness Mastermind program since the start of the Pandemic to help executives to be more effective and impactful as a leader while having more joy and less stress in life. She is a speaker on conferences and in corporate settings and has been featured in leading media and print around the Asian region.

Sweta Chand, based in Hong Kong, is a Consultant focused on leadership advisory and executive search in Asia. A true native of Asia, she has lived in Hong Kong for 12 years and obtained her Bachelors degree at The University of Hong Kong. She has also been based in Singapore for 12 years and has been educated across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai.
In her previous role at Egon Zehnder she was Research Principal and the Asia representative of the Global Research Leadership Team. She was also the Head of Research for the Hong Kong office. Sweta has managed leadership advisory and consulting projects across various industries in Asia. She has supported clients in Academia (Nanyang Technological University and The Agency of Science, Technology and Research in Singapore) as well as public sector clients (The Legislative Council, Financial Reporting Council, Save The Children, West Kowloon Cultural Development Authority, Shared Value Initiative and Harvard Club of Hong Kong) across Asia.
She was previously a consultant with a boutique executive search firm in Singapore. Prior to that, Sweta was a part of an entrepreneurial team that launched a private equity backed venture that focused on bringing arts from the Indian cottage industry to Singapore.
Sweta has an MBA from the S.P Jain Center of Management (Singapore & Dubai) and a BBA from The University of Hong Kong. She also has a certificate in Counselling and Child Psychology from the College of Allied Educators in Singapore. In her free time, Sweta loves cooking, reading and helping her extremely curious six-year-old son explore all the wonders of life and the world.
